Release Two Bottles

This wine extends the theme of rich, cherry flavors framed with spicy French Oak found in Release Number One. This release blends the best of three vintages:
8% ’03          59% ’04          33% ‘05

Seventeen different “blocks” of fruit were used to produce this wine from the following vineyards:
Lodmell        Sagemoor        Coldreek        Canoe Ridge        Dubrul        Neuffer        Taptiel

Cherry and spicy oak aromas literally jump out of the glass. Rich, dark cherry flavors combine in the mouth with hints of juniper coming thru. Great balance and close knit tannins with well integrated oak spices leads to an elegant and positively silky finish.

Extremely limited, 362 cases produced.
